The decision or the difficulty
What is actually in front of you: a proposal to approve, a system to replace, a project that has slipped, a renewal with a large increase, a supplier you have stopped trusting. One or two sentences is enough.
There is no contact form on this site, no chat widget, no newsletter and no tracking. Write to us in your own words at support@ramkotech.pro and you will have a reply within two business days.
Email, because it gives you a written record of what you asked and what we said, and because a form field is a poor place to describe a complicated situation.

The same address is used for enquiries, live engagements, invoices, data protection requests and complaints. It reaches the director, not a queue.
A form implies a system on the other side of it collecting, storing and often sharing what you type. This site has none: it is static HTML, it sets no cookies, it runs no analytics, and the only request it makes to a third party is for the two typefaces it is set in, which is disclosed in the cookie notice.
Emailing us means your enquiry goes to a mailbox and nowhere else. How that message is handled and how long it is kept is set out in the privacy notice.
None of this is required — a paragraph describing the problem is a perfectly good enquiry. But the more of it you include, the more useful the first call will be.

A contract end date, a board meeting, a lease on premises, a funding deadline, a renewal notice period. Dates change what advice is realistic, and they change whether we are the right people to ask at all.
An owner, a board, a trustee committee, a finance director, a sceptical technical team. It determines how the report is written and to whom it is addressed.
Please do not send passwords, credentials, personal data about your staff or customers, or confidential documents in a first email. If an engagement proceeds, we will agree a proper route for those — and sign a non-disclosure agreement first if you would like one.

The registered office is an address for formal and legal correspondence. Please do not attend without an appointment — meetings are arranged in advance, on your premises or remotely.
Please mark the subject line clearly; it is a single mailbox, read by one person.
Describe what is happening and what decision it is blocking. If it is work we should do, you will get a proposal. If it is not, you will get told that instead — which is the more useful reply, and the more common one.
