Terms of use
These terms govern your use of ramkotech.pro. They are not the terms of an advisory engagement: those are set out in a written proposal and accompanying terms, agreed before any chargeable work begins.
1. Who operates this site
ramkotech.pro is operated by Ramko Tech Consulting Ltd, a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales under company number 17022162, whose registered office is at 2 Cherry Croft, Croxley Green, Rickmansworth, England WD3 3AL. Contact: support@ramkotech.pro.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
A description of the services Ramko Tech Consulting Ltd offers, together with the company's filed particulars. It is general information, published in good faith and kept as accurate as we can make it.
3. What this site is not
- It is not advice. Nothing on this website constitutes information technology, legal, financial, tax, insurance or security advice for your particular situation, and it should not be relied on as though it were. Advice is given only under an engagement, in writing, addressed to a specific client and specific facts.
- It does not create a client relationship. Reading these pages, or emailing us, does not by itself make you a client of Ramko or place us under any obligation to you. A relationship begins when a written proposal is accepted by both parties.
- It is not an offer capable of acceptance. Descriptions of services are an invitation to discuss work, not a contractual offer, and no price is quoted here.
4. Accuracy and availability
We take care that the content is correct at the time of publication, and the company particulars on this site are taken from the incorporation filing at Companies House. The register is the authoritative source; if this site and the register disagree, the register is correct, and we would be grateful if you told us.
We do not warrant that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
5. Intellectual property
The text, layout, stylesheet, code and graphics of this site are the property of Ramko Tech Consulting Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may read, print and share pages for your own or your organisation's internal purposes, including circulating a link or a copy internally when assessing whether to engage us.
You may not republish this site's content as your own, use it for commercial purposes outside that assessment, or systematically extract it. The typefaces used are licensed from their respective foundries under the SIL Open Font License and are not covered by the above.
6. Links to other sites
Where we link to an external site — a regulator, a register, a public body — we do so because it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement, and we receive nothing for placing one.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the general information published on this website, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.
Liability arising from an advisory engagement is governed by the engagement terms agreed for that work, not by this page. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or the server it runs on, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or use it to send unsolicited commercial email to the address published on it. Doing so may be an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
9. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The version number and date at the top of this page record when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published here at the time you use the site.
10. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of them or the use of this website are governed by the law of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
